The BTS740S2 is a high side dual channel power switch with integrated vertical power FET that provides integrated diagnostic functions and protection. N-channel vertical power MOSFET with load pump, CMOS compatible ground referenced input, diagnostic feedback and proportional load current detection monolithically integrated in Smart SIPMOS technology.
