1) - DOUBLE SIDE BACK ADHESIVE is model 200MP-300LSE and supplied by 3M original manufacturer. This is a polyester
fi lm type with highest thermal and chemical performances with strongest adhesive power over widest range of surfaces.
Refuse those strips manufactured with fake branded 3M adhesives.
2) - PCB DESIGN FROM FULLWAT led strips is original and different from other designs which are universal in market and
used by many competitors, copied one each other.
This PCB advantage is remarked from following highest quality characteristics:
a) PCB is rolled copper type over thicker substrate (0.07mm) and wider pads. This is the best way to get best
cooling factor, smaller current drop and lowest lighting leakage. Strip front face is covered with acrylic fi lm white
color layer to improve light refl ection.
b) Soldering pads are bigger and exact size. The pads shape is the same as components used over them.
Soldering paste used is level 3 silver grade, the highest one. So we avoid current leak by paste excess or paste
low quality.
c) These improvements make working temperature up to 10ºC lower depending on application. Life span can be
improved 90% with less working temperature.
