The 6N139-000E is a low input low gain current optocoupler that uses an integrated high gain LED and photo detector to provide an extremely high current transfer ratio between input and output. The separate pins for the photodiode and the output stage result in saturation voltages compatible with TTL and high-speed operation. A base access terminal allows for a gain bandwidth adjustment. A minimum CTR of 300% allows operation with 1 TTL load using a pull-up resistor of 2.2kR.
