MOC8101X TRANSISTER OPTOCOUPLER

The MOC8101 / 2/3/4 / G series is constructed of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode in conjunction with a monolithic silicon phototransistor detector. They have been designed and specified to meet the requirements of switch mode power supplies and other applications that require tight current transfer ratios (CTR), linearity, and stable performance over the temperature range. The internal 6-pin base connection has been removed to improve noise immunity. Surface mount option available.Comfortable double encapsulation in plastic line.High input-output isolation guaranteed: 3,750 V ac (rms).Special cable format available for 8mm minimum spacing distance between inlet and outlet solder pads.
